If you are looking for a peaceful holiday where you can relax from the stress and strain of everyday life, then Bartinney Barns Holiday Cottages are in an ideal setting surrounded by farmland and moors and with views to the sea.
Our two self-catering holiday cottages are only a short drive from Sennen Cove with its safe and sandy beach where you can sunbathe, swim or surf, Porthcurno’s Minack Theatre where you can take in a performance under the stars, and the welcoming town of St Just bustling with local shops, inns, cafés and galleries displaying local arts and crafts.
The two cottages are bright and spacious single storey barn conversions. Both are comfortably furnished and very well equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing holiday.

Take the A30 to Penzance bypassing the town centre, take the A3071 towards St Just. At the staggered cross roads just outside St Just take the left turn towards Sancreed. Take the 2nd on the right, pass through Dowran, down a hill and up a hill and our farm track is on the left at the top of the hill. The track is just under 1/3 of a mile and the turning to Bartinney barns is sign posted on the right.
We overlook the fabulous white sand beach at Sennen with views of Longships Lighthouse and the Scilly Isles. It is a safe 5 minutes walk, down through the sand dune valley, to both the beach and the coastal footpath. Atlantic Lodge is an ideal place for a beach holiday, for walking the coast or to explore western Cornwall. Penzance, the Tate at St. Ives, the Minack Theatre, St. Michaels Mount, the Scilly Isles and Lands End are all close at hand. This is the view of Cape Cornwall you can sit and enjoy from the lounge of Carrick View, overlooking the golf course, down to Priests Cove and the Coastal Footpath, and then reaching out to the Atlantic Ocean. Spectacular seascapes and the sunsets.
Chy Lowena, a large granite double cottage, with generous mature gardens and sea views, is a few footsteps away from the South West Coast Path which leads you to explore the rugged Far West, an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Boscawell Village looks out over the North Coast in the previous tin-mining area of Special Scientific Interest around Pendeen, St Just, recently given World Heritage Site status by UNESCO.
