The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with living rooms upstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. Two double rooms, two twin rooms, two bathroom/showers and a separate toilet up stairs. There are also two lounges, a dining room and a conservatory, balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a utility room on the ground floor. The house is facing southwest and has everything for the perfect family holiday. We also have available a flat,The Lookout which sleeps two, and Brook House which sleeps four, both have views to sea. They are situated at the end of the drive to the main house and can be hired separately. Lets are Friday to Friday, prices are inclusive, welcome packs provided, linen, but not towels provided.

From Penzance stay on the A30 towards Land’s End.  After 9 miles you go past the turning to Trevedra Farm and ours is the next turning on the right, small lane with the sign “Tregiffian Self Cater Units”.  Go down this lane for approx half a mile, then take third turning to the left which leads to the flat The Lookout straight ahead or turn right through private gate to the large house Tregiffian Vean situated at the top of its own drive
