The Old Count House is a detached granite Tin Mining Counting House from the eighteenth century set in a tree lined garden, in the centre of a quiet village on the B3306 coast road between St. Ives and Land’s End. South West coast path approx 3/4 mile at Pendeen Watch for good walking and sandy coves.

Our centrally heated accommodation consists of two double bedrooms  bathroom and visitors private lounge with TV and tea/coffee making facilities, all on the first floor, off road parking, hair dryer. Opening times are May to end of October.

Bus stop 100 yds, two pubs, local shop, Post Office


On the B3306 look for the village shop, Boscaswell Stores, looking at the front of the shop, the property is immediately to the right
