Snugglers Den is a single storey beautifully presented two bedroom cottage located at the end of a long dirt track in a peaceful location. Snugglers comprises two double bedrooms one with en-suite and separate family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Well equipped kitchen with all the white goods you could imagine. In the lounge there is a huge comfy sofa with fur throws and this leads onto a beautiful garden room, which is used for dinning and looks out onto the secluded garden and stunning valley beyond. From the A30. On reaching Penzance following signs for Lands End on the A30 until you start to see signpost’s for St Just. On seeing these signposts you no longer follow signs for Land’s End and need to get on the A3071to St Just.

When you enter St Just you will come into the central market square. Opposite the square is the Commercial Hotel on your left. You need to turn left at the Commercial Hotel, just before the Co-op. Continue down this road to the end past the car park on your left and the library on your right. At the T Junction you will see signs for Cot Valley, turn right and then immediately left at the end of the next road. Follow the signs to the Cot Valley down this road, past the school on the right and over the speed bumps. This road takes you straight down into the Cot Valley. When you start to reach the base of the valley you will have traveled down a steep hill and past The Canyack cottage on your right and another house on your left with a walled garden. The road bends to the right at almost a 90 degree bend and immediately after this you need to turn left onto a dirt track which crosses the Cot stream and up the other side of the valley. You will pass a white cottage on the left, continue past this until you can go no further. You have arrived at Cot Valley Lodge and Snugglers Den is located just next to it.
