First and Last Cottages is a selection of personally managed cottages, barn conversions and apartments in the Land's End area. There are two in Sennen, one in Porthgwarra and the rest in Porthcurno available for weekly lets, with short breaks available out of season. They sleep between 2 and 8 people. The properties in Porthcurno are in the valley itself so very close to the beach and the Minack Theatre. One of the properties in Sennen is a detached cottage set in a large garden with uninterrupted views across the fields and cliffs to the sea, with a footpath going past the door to Sennen Cove beach. The other is in Sennen Cove just yards from the beach. These properties have a variety of changeover days e.g. Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

Boscawell Village looks out over the North Coast in the previous tin-mining area of Special Scientific Interest around Pendeen, St Just, recently given World Heritage Site status by UNESCO.
Lebanon Cottage is a beautifully presented, spacious and well-equipped 3 bedroom cottage that comfortably sleeps 5. Located in a peaceful and historic setting on the edge of St Just, the cottage borders countryside yet is within easy walking distance of the many facilities the town has to offer. Dogs very welcome.

Situated on Bartinney Hill along a farm track between fields with cattle and horses and offering views of the Atlantic and the Scilly isles Bartinney barn conversion were completed in 2009. Both the Bowji (sleeps 4) and Chy Gever (sleeps 2 +2) provide single storey accommodation with gardens.
The St Aubyn estate has six self catering holiday cottages in stunning locations around Porthwgarra and Nanjizal. They make an ideal base to explore West Cornwall from, and are especially convinient for Sennen, the Minack Theatre, Lands End and Penzance. All of the cottages have sea views, three being less than a minutes walk from the waters edge while the Coastal path is easily accessibly by foot from all.
The properties sleep between 2 and 8 people and are all graded either 4* or 5* by VisitBritain. The cottages are available for weekly visits or for short breaks out of season. Changeover days are Saturdays.
