On a clear day the Isles of Scilly can be seen 29 miles off Lands End. There is an enclosed cottage garden with pond at the front.

There is a brand new fully fitted country style kitchen with a separate dining area which takes full advantage of the sea views. There is a large comfortable lounge with beamed ceilings and upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms one with sea views and a shower/ toilet.

The cottage is appx 2 miles from St Just on the coast road to St Ives which is appx 12 miles away, Penzance 8 miles and Lands End , Sennen Beach, Porthcurno and Minack Theatre a short drive away. St Just has a good selection of shops and there are several pubs and a village shop within level walking distance of the cottage. It is also on the the local bus route and the open-top bus route in the summer should you wish to not use your car.

A3071 from Penzance to St Just. Turn right onto Pendeen Rd       B3318. Turn left at the granite milestone to Trewellard. Turn left at Trewellard Arms and the cottage is 250 yards on your right, Scilly View ,3 Chapel Tce.
