Penwith House

Upon entering Penwith House a spacious hallway welcomes guests and leads them past the main living areas to an impressive staircase connecting to the upper floor gallery landing.

Four spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests - 2 x double rooms the master being a kingsize and 2 x twin rooms + travel cot available on request.  A Fully equipped modern kitchen boasts an oil fuelled aga, ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Leading from the kitchen is the dining room with open fire and dining table + high chair if required.  A separate lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, TV, DVD and CD stereo. There are 2 bathrooms one on each level for convenience.  The ground floor bathroom contains a substantial corner bath and tiled walk in shower + WC, while the upper floor offers a family sized bathroom with separate WC.

The Hidden gem to Penwith House is the large secure garden at the rear of the property. This offers guests seating for dining and barbecue.

Gated parking is available for one small/medium sized car and the town offers ample free parking only 200 yards away.

Saturday is change over day.  The house is available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

No smoking

Dogs - Prior premission must be sought before booking for dogs low - mid season only,  2 dogs max. There is no addional charge for dogs. Please contact owner for more details.
