The flat consists of:
* Rear Entrance – hallway with stairs leading up to flat.
* Dining Room – with dining table and patio doors overlooking gardens and the Carn to the rear.
* Lounge - containing TV, DVD, settee and chairs, sea glimpses.
* Kitchen - with fitted cabinets and oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and all cutlery/crockery/pans.
* Bedroom – with double bed, fitted wardrobe and folding bed available if needed.
* Bathroom – with panelled bath, large shower, wash hand basin and wc.
* Enclosed garden with patio provided to the side of the property.

A washing machine and a drier are available if required.

There is a cot and a selection of toys available for babies/young children. Also there is a good selection of paperbacks to read and DVD’s for you to watch during your stay (this area was the setting for the Poldark series).

Take the A30 towards Lands End. As the A30 is bypassing Penzance take the A3071 towards St Just. At the top of the hill about a mile past the village of Newbridge take the right turn signposted Pendeen. Come down into Pendeen to the crossroads, turn left towards the village centre and Nampara is approx 200yds on your left - it’s the only house with a double integral garage.
