Outside is a large lawned area plus a barbecue and picnic area. You can even use the washing line for towels, wetsuits etc. There is a good sized car park and a garage for storing bikes, surfboards and the like.

We provide an excellent base for those interested in outdoor activities- surfing, diving, climbing, biking, bird-watching, horse riding, hiking, sunbathing, sightseeing or just chilling out. We can help to arrange activities in the area too, even down to helping with bus times for you to explore the area, taking a day trip to the Isles of Scilly, some 28 miles off shore, or visiting local attractions like Lands' End or St Michaels Mount. There is plenty to see and do at any time of the year from a calm summer's day with gentle cooling sea breezes to the depths of winter with huge waves crashing into the coastline. At any time you will take home memories to treasure.
