The cottage consists of:

* Living Room – spacious with beamed ceiling, granite walls, window seats, TV , DVD and multi fuel fireplace.
* Kitchen/Diner – with beamed ceiling, granite walls, window seat, inglenook fireplace with solid fuel burner, dining table and fully equipped newly fitted kitchen, stairs to bedrooms and bathroom.
* Main Bedroom – a double room with double bed. A cot and a folding bed are available, and the room can be divided by a curtain if required.
* Small Bedroom – containing bunk beds.
* Bathroom – with panelled bath, wash hand basin and wc.
* Rear Conservatory – with small table and easy chairs.
* Garage – single width with inspection pit.
* Utility Room
* Front Porch
* Private gravelled driveway with patio and walled landscaped gardens.

There is a cot, high chair, baby bath, pram and a selection of toys available for babies/young children. Also there is a good selection of paperbacks for you to read during your stay (this area was the setting for the Poldark series).

Directions from Exeter:
Take the A30 towards Lands End. As the A30 is bypassing Penzance take the A3071 towards St Just. About a mile past the village of Newbridge take the right turn signposted Pendeen. After approx 1 mile take the left turn signposted Trewellard and follow this road down to the T-junction in the village, the Trewellard Arms is on your left and Copper Cottage is in front of you to your left. Give us a ring when you’re around Penzance and we’ll meet you at the cottage.
