The cottage has become available for letting following completion of renovation and refurbishment to a high standard, sympathetic to its character with a contemporary theme. Sleeping 6/7  in 3 newly appointed bedrooms, pocket-sprung mattresses on beds with high quality bedding ensure a comfort-as-home experience; a king-size, a double and a twin room accessed from a large landing, allow room for an extra child in a guest bed (provided) or baby in a cot.There is a newly refurbished, fully fitted bathroom with electric over-bath shower and heated towel rail. 

All towels and bedding included but quests need to provide their own beach towels.

Downstairs, a beautiful solid wood floor offers style and quality in a large beamed-ceiling lounge with exposed stonework, around an open-hearth wood-burning stove. It is newly furnished with settees and chairs, TV, DVD and Broadband Wi-Fi for your comfort and convenience.  Across the hall is a dining room with seating for six/seven, off which there is a separate completely newly renovated kitchen, with all new appliances, crockery and cooking utensils. There is a separate utility area with new washing machine and freezer.
Electric storage heaters have been installed throughout.             A basket of logs is provided for the woodburning stove.
A side porch allows access to a fully enclosed private patio garden with seating, where a barbeque can be used. Outside there is parking for 4 cars at the front of the cottage and another garden area at the rear with a lawn and flower beds which enjoys full sun all day. There is also  small UNCOVERED POND beside the seating area.

Arrival time is from 4.00pm  and departure is 10.00am.
