There is a very comfortable living room with satellite television and open fires for the out-of-season visitor, also a licensed bar. The house is totally non-smoking. We have a heated indoor swimming pool (seasonal) and large garden good for sun-bathing, taking a relaxing stroll and enjoying the views, playing games or you can walk the labyrinth. At the rear of the house is the car park. We are 2/3 of the way from St Just to Cape Cornwall and 100m from the SW Coast Path. The sea is a 10 minute walk away, St Just 15 minutes. There is a good choice of breakfast offerings and we cater for vegetarians and special diets. A warm welcome awaits.

Directions:
From the centre of St. Just, take the Cape Cornwall road (by the clock tower) - 1st left after the Co-op if heading north (do NOT take Boswedden Road!).  We are a mile (1.6 Km) down this road on the right by the sharp left bend.  From the SW Coast Path, take the road to St Just and you will see us straight ahead of you.
